MAWA KACHORI is an exotic dessert. It is mostly the first choice for dessert. This is a delicacy from state of Rajasthan. GAJAK of Jaipur has its taste and flavours which you can’t find at whatever other place in India. GAJAK is a dry sweet, made of sesame seeds or “til” as they are known in Hindi.                                                                                                                    

It’s “til” cooked in sugar syrup and set in slight layers, that can be put away for a considerable length of time.
